We contacted the dealership and talked with Andrew, and he confirmed they had the ATV we wanted. And he was extremely helpful with getting us a better price than what a dealership in Wichita, KS. was willing to do. And Casey the Sale Manager was awsome helping with the paperwork and loading it all up for us. Overall they had great communication and great customer service. 1st ATV we've bought and glad we had a great experience with them. Highly recommend!!

Klay was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through the different Polaris RZR models, explain the differences between each one, and answer all of my questions without any pressure. His knowledge of the products made it easy to find the right fit for what I was looking for. Great customer service, professional, and genuinely interested in helping. I highly recommend working with Klay if you’re in the market for a new RZR.

I contacted Wilson Powersports to purchase an ATV. I spoke with the sales person via email and worked everything out! We had a short phone call to confirm everything (Old School), then all set. This was my second visit to Wilson Powersports, but my first as an equipment owner—and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was courteous, professional, and genuinely respectful. They took the time to listen to every concern I had with my Polaris and walked me through the entire service process from start to finish, making sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way. I brought my Ranger in for a full 5-year service, and they did an outstanding job explaining exactly what that entailed, how long it would take, and when I could expect it to be completed. Their communication throughout the process was exceptional. They contacted me promptly when they identified potential issues, clearly explained my options, and allowed me to make decisions without any pressure or upselling—something that truly sets them apart. What impressed me most was their transparency and integrity. They provided pricing upfront, kept me informed of any additional repairs I approved, and ultimately came in below the original estimate. That level of honesty and professionalism is hard to find. When I picked up my unit, it was ready to go as promised.

Upset and disappointed beyond belief with this dealership right now and waiting for whoever’s name is on the building or whoever runs the place to call me!!!! Showed up to test drive a new 2023 Yamaha RMax4 1000 XT-R with 0.2 miles on it. The salesman said the new unit I wanted to look at “was sitting in their warehouse” but had a used one we could drive. After test driving, I decided I wanted to purchase the new one in the warehouse so I after the test drive I purchased the new warehouse unit on 07/27/24. I also purchased accessories (windshield, side mirrors, and a street legal turn kit). Waited 1 week for parts to come in as expected. About the middle of week 2, get a call from the salesman saying the street legal kit was the incorrect one and they had to order another. So by week 3 they get it and start putting it on. I text my salesman on 08/16/24 to see where they were at with the machine and voiced my frustration that it’s almost been a month since I purchased the machine and still had not taken delivery. I’ve already purchased insurance and am coming up on my first payment. He responds with I can deliver it tomorrow 08/17/24. The delivery driver shows up, contradicts the sa
